I love ketchup, because it is made of tomatoes, and tomatoes are one of the best things you can eat for your heart/cholesterol. I don’t eat a ton of ketchup, but I have probably eaten a ton of pasta sauce — lately that healthier, low sugar pasta/tomato sauce in a can stuff — because I have eaten a ton (several tons?) of pasta in my life. Sorry, this has nothing to do with your post and now I’m embarrassed.
